What role do you play as the service provider?

As a service provider you are in a position to identify children who are at-risk for developmental, behavioral, or learning concerns.  Service providers play an important role in the life of a child as they can help to educate parents about development and to support families when there is a concern. Nationwide, 12 to 16 percent of American children are estimated to experience developmental, behavioral and/or emotional delays or problems. However, even when needs are identified, connecting children to services often proves difficult. Help Me Grow serves as a safety net to ensure that children and families get the information and support that they need. Help Me Grow links families to exisiting community services and provides care coordination to ensure that the child gets connected to an appropriate intervention. Service providers can strengthen children and families by partnering with programs that promote healthy development and happy families. One of these resources is Help Me Grow! Let us know how our team can support and enhance the wonderful work that you you do!
